Rosewood Conceptual Neighborhood Master Plan
VILLAGE CORE CONCEPT
This concept reimagines the six-acre site that currently holds the Village Square Shopping Center as a new Village Core for all of Rosewood. This concept includes a broad mix of commercial, residential, open space, and community-serving uses, including ground-floor retail, an ethnic grocery store, a micro vendor hall, a multicultural reading room, and a central public plaza with a futsal court. The Village Core would also include space for The Rosewood Initiative.
