Rosewood Conceptual Neighborhood Master Plan
REDEVELOPMENT CASE STUDIES
Five sites were chosen as Redevelopment Case Studies to demonstrate how new development in the Rosewood area could embody the project’s Goals, Objectives, and Urban Design Principles. (These quick studies were done as a conceptual exercise only and do not represent actual or planned redevelopment proposals.) In selecting which sites to study, the following criteria were applied:

Within a ½-mile radius centering around the current site of The Rosewood Initiative

Transit-oriented
-
Located on a major corridor

Easily accessible to a wide range of residents

Higher zoning intensity for Residential and Commercial uses
