Rosewood approved as Neighborhood Prosperity Initiative district!!!

The Portland City Council vote is in:

ALL 6 Neighborhood Prosperity Initiative districts (including ROSEWOOD) are now Urban Renewal Areas, it’s official!

If you don’t know about this program yet, check it out: Neighborhood Prosperity Initiative (NPI) with Portland Development Commission

To sum it up, this will mean financial (about $1.25 million) and technical resources for the next decade to uplift our neighborhood, help businesses and create jobs. YEAH!!
